My only comment on your last two shots is that the metallic paint on the cars have a bit too much clearcoat. I think if you knock the clearcoat down a bit they will look more convincing. try half the amount for a start.

Can't wait for the next ones!!!

How'd you create the geometry for the trees/bushes? I use SW and am always wondering what CAD program people use to make trees.

I'd say most designers don't model the trees. You can purchase collections of them to fit your needs fairly well. Trees and other organic objects are best done in a polygonal modeling software in order to keep scenes efficient.
I recommend taking a look at the evermotion collections. They are quite nice.

The plants in this scene are from Evermotion. I also use a set of plants from VB Visual as they are low polygon and Bunkspeed seems to handle them ok even without instancing or proxies (they would be nice btw :-) )

Evermotion models are very complex and have lots of polygons, the trees are especially heavy.
