So for the past few months our team has been dealing with washed out renderings. We would like to find out options for making more realistic product views and arent sure as to what is causing the issue. We are using emissive lighting and just arent getting crisp shadows and bright whites. Any suggestions?

hi johnfarm - If you have Pro, have you tried the camera post processes? You can adjust the dark values, the light values, the overall gamma, brightness etc.

Do not forget that more realism (often) equal less perfection... You should also know that the simplest objects are sometimes more complicated to make.
Some advice, depending on what I see:
Change your environment , take a more complex, more alive, more "imperfect"...
Work around your materials, change your focal lengh, take a point of view more human, imperfect also, with a slight tilt, focus on the front, the back blurred, contrast and light it more... ;)

You could always render out the scene as a 32 bit hdr and adjust exposure, levels and gamma in photoshop before reducing the image back to 8 or 16 bit.

All of these are good suggestions. I will try a few and see if helps.
