I'm can't assert that the K2100M is full 'OK', but it use the GK106 chip, which as a Kepler architecture, so it should work yes ;)

Yes it would be enough ;)
But it depends of your usage. For big complex scenes it will be a little bit to low but, but for a classic use (design, products renderings etc) no problem.
