    Q: In the tool bar zoom, pan, rotate icons do not display?

    A: Windows DPI settings is set to Medium 125% or Larger 150%
    1. Navigating to: Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display ​

    2. Check Smaller - 100% (default) to solve the issue.
