    When I launch Bunkspeed, why is my view-port black?

    A: This is often a result of missing Windows updates or corrupted graphic drivers.

    (Please Note: Older versions such as Shot 2011 is NOT supported on Windows 8/8.1 or compatible with Nvidia Kepler graphic cards)

    Bunkspeed 2014 is supported with Windows 7/8/8.1 and newer Nvidia Kepler graphic cards.

    1. Update your video card drivers:

    During the Nvidia installation wizard, select ‘Custom’ and check the box ‘Perform a Clean Installation’

    2. Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)

    3. Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update

    - IMPORTANT: Download both: vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe

    4. Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86):

    5. DirectX Web Setup:

    - Create a New folder on your desktop.
    - Extract the files to the New Folder
    - Open the New Folder and run DXSetup.exe

    6. Verify if there is a second display device on your system (Second display device can be added and default as the main GPU)

    - Navigate to Start > Search box
    - Type in: Device Manager
    - In the Device Manager window select Display Devices

    If you see any display device other than your graphic card, try disabling it, reboot and then launch Bunkspeed and see if the view-port appears.
