VR: How do you manipulate the center-point of rotation?

So I have been playing around with the VR option in Pro and my challenges have been about controlling the center-point of rotation. What are the tips-tricks with this function? For most of my immediate VR needs I need each project to rotate about the center of the subject model and so far the default origin appears to be arbitrary (off to the left of the model).

While you are viewing your scene through the camera that you plan on also using for rendering, you have two options to center the camera's look at point on the center of your model:

    A. Go to the Model tab in the palette, right click on the model in the list and choose "Look at".
    B. Hold Shift + Ctrl then left click on the model in the viewport.

Both these techniques will make sure that the camera's point of focus is the exact center of the model in the scene.
