You should hear from Brian shortly. This is probably due to an improper installation of the Bunkspeed Prerequisites. You probably have to uninstall Shot and Bunkspeed Prerequisites, then re-download and install from here: http://installs.bunkspeed.com/BunkspeedShot.exe

    James,

Before uninstalling all of Shot, lets try removing / clearing all traces of your Bunkspeed Prerequisites.

    Please follow the steps bellow:

    - Navigate to Start\Control Panel\Programs and Features

    - Uninstall Bunkspeed Prerequisites

    - To ensure all traces of Bunkspeed Prerequisites are removed, navigate to C:\Program Files\Bunkspeed

    - Verify and make sure Bunkspeed Prerequisites folder is removed, if the folder remains, please remove.

    - Then proceed on re-download / installing Bunkspeed Prerequisites, here: https://bunkspeed.sharefile.com/?cmd...3127de6b594d96

Yeah, talk to Brian. I had that issue on a couple machines. Shot/Pro/Move doesn't seem to be too happy with you if you switch from one version to another depending on the version. I changed one machine from Move 2010 to Shot 2012 and it wasn't having it.
I've also had extremely bad luck with changing the location of the directory on install. As soon as I set it back to the defaults, it was working like.....well, it was working like it does now. As good as can be expected. It's no notepad++, one of my favorite softwares because I rarely get it to crash unless I do something stupid. But it maybe lacks the features I'd be looking for in a rendering software. lol

A very simple fix... AutoCAD 2010 3D files now import ok...

Any idea of Autodesk Inventor/AutoCAD 2013 file types?
