    problem with GTX 690 > slower renders and crash

    Dear anyone who can help....

    Please , look at the specs of my machine and please tell me what I have done wrong .

    I have upgraded my graphics card from a GTX 480 to a GTX 690 and since the render time has INCREASED and Pro Keeps crashing .



    Please let me know what needs to be done in order to stop this from happening .

    4 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz - Pass

    11518 MB RAM available - Pass

    2047 MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690 - Pass

    03/14/2013 00:00:00 GraphicsCard drivers - Attention

    2 CUDA devices

    532397 MB disk space free - Pass

    968 MB ram used by application

    Couple things to first check:

    1. update your video card driver
    2. make sure SLI is disabled in the Nvidia control panel
    3. make sure your 690 has sufficient power going to it.
