A: The most common cause:
  1. Activation ID is currently activated on a computer
    • Often occurs when Windows is re-installed or hard drive failure
    • Note: Before uninstalling or upgrading your Operating System, please be sure to deactivate your Bunkspeed License in Tools > Deactivated License
  2. Using Microsoft Remote Desktop
    • Due to DirectX and Flexera license limitation, Bunkspeed will not launch when using Microsoft Remote Desktop, Bunkspeed license window will appear with every launch. Please be sure to launch Bunkspeed locally.
  3. An non-synchronized computer clock/calender
    • Check that your clock and date are set correctly, then re-attempt to enter your activation id.
