A: The most common cause for this is not returning windows onto a single monitor when going from a workflow that involves two monitors back to one.

To resolve this issue, first close your Bunkspeed product:
  1. Navigate to: C:\Users\(YOUR USERNAME)\AppData\Local\Bunkspeed\(PRODUCT)

  2. Delete the file called InterfaceLayout.xml

*AppData may be a hidden folder. To view hidden files and folders:

  1. In an explorer window click on Organize > Folder and Search Options. ​

  2. Click on the "View" tab. ​

  3. In the Advanced Settings window under the Hidden files and folders item activate: Show hidden files, folders and drives

  4. Open your Bunkspeed product.

  5. It will open in a bit of a crammed state but you can resize the window and return the palettes to your desired positions.
